Internet Sales and Phone Orders

Upon receipt of your item, you may if not satisfied, notify us within 48 hours and we will issue you a refund for purchase price as soon as the item is returned to G Guitars. The item must be in the same condition as sent, with the same container and packing material. Refund will reflect the deduction of actual shipping fees to the customer. We cannot refund freight charges. If the order was paid with a credit card, we will deduct 3% of the total charge from your refund to cover our card processing expenses.

Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.

After 48 hours All Sales Are Final.

Bank charges, auction charges (if applicable) and any other charges incurred are to be paid by the customer.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, as well as Money Orders, Bank Checks, Wire Transfers, and Cash. Personal checks will be accepted, however merchandise will ship only after the check has cleared.

Foreign shipments If taxes and tariffs are applied to your shipment, any such duties are payable by the purchaser, to the purchasers Country's appropriate government officials.

Shipping

We ship out domestic packages using UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Other UPS servies available include: 3-day Select, 2-day Air (and Saver), and Next day Air (and Saver).

For international shipments, we use the US Postal Service, and prefer to use Airmail service which arrives within two weeks in most locations.

In-Store Sales

All orders picked up in store or shipped to Connecticut addresses are subject to 6% sales tax.

All in-store sales are eligible for return within 48 hours of purchase for Store Credit only.

After 48 hours All Sales Are Final.

Layaway

25% deposit to hold an instrument for 30 days. After 30 days, deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to store credit only

Special Orders

We will special order any instrument that can be produced by our vendors. A deposit of 50% of the sales prices is required. Please contact us for details. The deposit for special orders is non-refundable.

Trades

We will gladly accept trades on most items. Traded merchandise must be sent to G Guitars for approval if not local to the store. We cannot accept returns on traded items.
